Your new role
As the Reception and Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. You’ll manage front desk operations, support studio administration, and assist with scheduling, finance, and travel coordination. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy, evolving environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody at the beginning of their career looking to get their foot in the door to receive in-depth training. Please note that this is a full-time, in-office position. The hours are 9am-5pm, no overtime.

Key Responsibilities Include:
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests and managing incoming calls while ensuring the reception, boardroom, and kitchen areas are well-maintained. You’ll coordinate mail, couriers, and office supplies to support smooth daily operations. Additionally, you’ll assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics, as well as support invoice processing and basic finance tasks. Your contributions will also extend to maintaining studio organization and helping plan internal events.

What You Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in an administrative or receptionist position, ideally within a creative or design-oriented environment. You’ll need strong multitasking and organizational abilities, along with experience handling high call volumes on a multi-line phone system. Proficiency in scheduling, office coordination, and basic finance support is essential. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting will help you thrive in this position.

What you'll get in return
