Our client is searching for a Business Development Manager to start ASAP in Hollywood, Florida!

Your new role
You will be responsible for new sales, managing current accounts, and developing a team of Business Development Representatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced certification in business development or sales is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth within the architecture and engineering sectors.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the architecture, engineering, and construction industries, with specific experience working with government agencies, property developers, and commercial brands.
Required Skills
- Strong sales acumen, with a relentless focus on acquiring new clients daily and driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in client retention strategies that ensure long-term, profitable relationships.
- Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems for lead tracking, sales management, and pipeline development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of financial and strategic acumen, with a strong understanding of revenue generation and profitability.
- A hands-on, results-driven leadership style that motivates teams to consistently achieve business development goals.
