Custom Built Machinery & Equipment Location: Mississauga - Brampton, ON Base Salary: 145K - 155K base benefits 5 days a week on Site Day shift Monday–Friday

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-speed equipment (Conveyors, Palletizers, Down Stream Packaging Processing Equipment) and have a job open for Plant Manager to manage their shopfloor hourly employees; Plant Operations, Quality Shipping & Logistics. This is a small to medium-sized manual operation and candidates with hands-on trades experience in metal bending, cutting, forming, welding in equipment manufacturing preferred.

Plant Manager – Equipment Machine Manufacturing is fully responsible for giving leadership to the plant shop floor -metal cutting, bending, forming and welding. You will be responsible for overall Production Planning.

Availability, H&S, HR maintain all vendor relationships and work with customers for any design / manufacturing specifications.

You will manage the Plant Operating Budget and manage it as a cost centre.

Plant Manager – Equipment Machine Manufacturing will ideally have 10+ years as a trades' person in metal forming, machining CNC or as a welder / welder fitter, ideally in conveyors, palletizers, mixers, boiler type equipment, with 10+ years in senior leadership roles managing the complete Plant responsibility. Degreed candidates with strong experience in OEM equipment manufacturing are welcome to apply.
