Senior Estimator Position
Location: KWC Area

This GC is a leading construction company with a robust portfolio of projects in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) sectors. They are committed to excellence and innovation in every project they undertake.

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for ICI projects.
Analyze project specifications and drawings.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
Evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of estimated and actual project costs.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in ICI estimating.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in estimating software such as BlueBeam, Planswift, Autocad, Microsoft.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
