Process Lead SMT (Engineering) – Split/Evening

Our client is a leading microelectronics manufacturing and engineering firm founded in 1987 specializing in the miniaturization, design and manufacture of custom microelectronic circuits. TASK offers unique electronic packaging design services for the medical, military, avionic, sensor and high-end industrial markets.

Your new role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team for a permanent full-time position. Process Lead reports to the Process Lead Manager. The functions are as follows:
  • Implement and monitor processes
  • Validate products and processes
  • Improve and enhance processes
  • Reduce process cost
  • Select and commission equipment
  • Perform equipment maintenance
  • Train operators (process specific)
  • Evaluate product reliability risk
And all other related tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

Educational level: University or College level completed (DEC electrical or mechanical)
Experience related to the job offer: Experience in robotics, automation and mechanics for microelectronics component manufacturing, SMT, NASA 8739.6, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001.
  1. 2–5 years of experience in the process and/ or manufacturing of microelectronic components
  2. Experience in automation and mechanics
  3. Experience in pick & place, SMT
  4. Programming and software capability
  5. Microelectronics materials and thermal experience
  6. Ability to work with little supervision and to follow several processes.
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
