Hiring a D365 Techncial Architect

Your new role

As a D365 CRM Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements. Your tasks will include:
  • Leading the technical design and architecture of D365 CRM solutions
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Developing and customizing D365 CRM applications to enhance functionality and performance
  • Integrating D365 CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
  • Ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of D365 CRM solutions
  • Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to D365 CRM implementations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement with knowledge in the Banking and Financial Services domain
  • Good understanding of the capabilities of D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps
  • Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and conducting workshops to drive requirements design by engaging business and technical stakeholders
  • Facilitating the review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders
  • Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration patterns to functional usage
  • Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party integration using Middleware Tools (Mulesoft), APIs (REST, ODATA Web APIs), and SSIS packages
  • Experience in data migration, including data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and third-party tools, preferably experience in Azure Data Factory
  • Experience in data migration and translation using middleware and Dynamics 365 CRM out-of-the-box data import process
  • Experience in data analysis and validation with CRM dynamics configuration rules
  • Exposure to workflows, plugins, form customization, and CRM administration
  • Writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions, and story walkthroughs
  • Giving demos to the Product Owner and other stakeholders for final sign-off
  • Preparation of use case diagrams, UML sequence diagrams, and Visio flows
  • Authoring user stories, grooming integration backlog, identifying dependencies, and sequencing the work production

What you'll get in return
