Your new role

As a Masonry Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates for masonry construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure accuracy and efficiency in your estimates. Projects are predominantly Heritage based; take-offs of stone and brick work are up to $3-5M. This is a very busy environment where you will participate in multiple projects weekly.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry construction, with experience in estimating and project management, Heritage-based work experience is an asset. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a must, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
