This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of plumbing services for new residential construction projects and warranty services.

• Schedule and coordinate plumbing services for new residential construction projects.
• Manage and track service requests for the 2-year home builder warranty.
• Communicate effectively with builders, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all scheduled services, completed jobs, and warranty claims.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any scheduling or service-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with the plumbing team to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

• Previous experience in the plumbing industry or administrative experience with a plumbing company.
