Your new role

As a Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in executing the data strategy and evolving data management and analytics capabilities. You will provide solution direction, design innovative solutions, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the data architecture practice. Reporting to the CoE Lead, Data Architecture, you will be deployed to a Data Product Delivery team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data management and transformation programs.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to provide thought leadership and technical direction for data product and analytics teams.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive cross-functional teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Critical and strategic thinking skills to develop creative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum.
• Reliability Status: This work will require Reliability status.
