Your new role


As an Analyst, HR Systems Management , you will be at the forefront of driving the future of work by delivering innovative services and creating seamless employee experiences. You will collaborate with team members to develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions, define and refine technical requirements, and propose enhancements to optimize HR processes. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate system documentation, ensuring ticket accuracy in JIRA, and actively participating in the Workday Community to stay updated on the latest best practices.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday configuration, particularly with the Workday Recruiting module in a global organization.
  • Knowledge of Workday Security and Reporting, including domain setup, dashboards, and advanced reporting specific to Recruiting.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build robust interpersonal relationships while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A curious and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A track record of continuous learning and upskilling in innovative technologies and methodologies.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize daily and long-term tasks.
  • Resilience to support a transforming organization.
  • Experience with HR-related tasks and processes; knowledge of agile practices is an asset.
