Your new role

As a High-Rise Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our upcoming high-rise residential developments, ideally in excess of 30 stories, if not at least in some form of large scale multi-residential projects. You will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to post-construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, GSC, Construction Management, or other certifications
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in mid or high-rise residential construction, with a proven track record of managing projects of 12-30+ storeys
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
