Our client, a leading construction company headquartered out of Western Canada, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team in Eastern Canada (New Brunswick) for an exciting multi-million dollar storage facilities project. .

Your new role

As a Site Superintendent, you'll be at the forefront of their projects, overseeing every aspect from initial planning to final handover. You'll lead a team of skilled tradespeople, manage complex schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You'll be responsible for problem-solving, financial management, and client communication.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5-10 years of start-to-finish experience in commercial and industrial construction, preferably within storage and warehousing facilities. You will have a strong understanding of construction blueprints, building codes, and safety regulations is essential. Your leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and effective communication will be key to project success.
