They have been in business for many years and specialize in Mid-Rise, wood-frame construction of multi-unit buildings. Located east of Ottawa, they offer a challenging and rewarding working environment with room to grow in the future.

Your new role

As the Project Coordinator, you will work to support the Project Manager of a number of projects. Projects are mid-rise wood frame construction in the East end of Ottawa. In this newly created position, you will work from the office and provide detail-oriented and structured support on a daily basis.

Projects are generally $30M+ and are at least a year in duration each. Relying on your experience, you will plan jobs, anticipate next steps in the construction process, set up schedules for projects and more.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this vital role, you should have post-secondary education in Construction Management or similar. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be IT savvy. 3–5 years of previous experience is ideal, particularly in Residential construction and wood-frame, other experience will be considered.
