HAYS MANUFACTURING has partnered with a great client to recruit their Product Development Manager for their Food portfolio.

The Product Development Manager will lead all aspects of technical product formulation and process development from idea through market strategy. You will work closely with multiple departments, particularly sales, procurement, project management, production, quality, and regulatory teams, to ensure all ingredients, specifications, and processes meet internal and external requirements.

You will have experience in product/process optimization based on Quality by Design principles, managing global technical transfer activities, and driving product innovation. You will have a proven track record of executing the formulation of efficacious products with a strategic vision, including desired benefits, COG targets, and formula validation.
