Your new role

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of municipal clients. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable technical architectures and lead the delivery of Salesforce ecosystems that enhance municipal service management, citizen engagement, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.
• Certifications: Active Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect and/or System Architect; Solution Architect credentials preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, Process Builder, and API integrations.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a proven track record in leading technical teams and negotiating custom solutions with municipal stakeholders.
• Public Sector Knowledge: Understanding of municipal governance, compliance requirements, and citizen-centric service delivery models.
