Your new role

As Yard Supervisor at AIM’s Val Therese location near Sudbury, you’ll play a key role in driving daily operations and maintaining a safe, efficient yard environment. You’ll lead a team of yard employees, assign tasks, and ensure materials are sorted and processed correctly. This hands-on leadership role involves motivating staff, enforcing company policies, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring proven supervisory experience in a recycling, industrial, construction, or manufacturing setting. You’ll have strong leadership and decision-making skills, hands-on experience with yard equipment or heavy machinery, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Experience with forklifts or loaders is considered an asset.
