With a strong presence in the Calgary market and a growing portfolio of single-family and multi-family homes, they are seeking a Warranty Technician to join their dedicated post-construction service team.

Your New Role

As a Warranty Technician, you will be the face of the company for homeowners during the post-possession phase. You’ll be responsible for assessing, coordinating, and completing warranty-related repairs and service requests, ensuring a positive homeowner experience and upholding the builder’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve homeowner warranty service requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform minor repairs and touch-ups (e.g., drywall, paint, trim, hardware, caulking)
Coordinate with trades and suppliers for more complex repairs
Document service calls, work performed, and homeowner communications
Ensure all work meets company standards and Alberta New Home Warranty Program requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

3+ years of experience in residential construction or home warranty service
Strong hands-on skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
