• Assist in developing and executing signage, fixturing, and merchandising standards.
• Support prototypical bay builds at the Innovation Centre, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project inputs.
Actionable Deliverable – Visual Execution
• Translate creative direction into actionable in-store visual solutions.
• Gather competitive insights, photos, and feedback to support visual innovation.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards across assigned projects.
Actionable Deliverable – Documentation & Process
• Prepare visual decks, documentation, and project recaps for leadership and store execution.
• Maintain organized records of creative files, prototypes, and visual guidelines.
• Track and report progress against timelines, escalating issues as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Collaboration and communication across multiple teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to execute with attention to detail and timeliness

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Illustrator/Photoshop or design software knowledge (asset)
• Visual merchandising and retail presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Post-secondary education in Design, Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Must have access to a vehicle
