Your new role

As Vice President of Human Resources, you will lead the HR function and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, supporting leaders in employee relations and performance management, coordinating training and succession planning, and contributing to HR budgeting and organizational effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a solid background in HR leadership, with a proven ability to drive change and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Your strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and capacity to influence will be key to navigating complex environments. A deep understanding of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices is essential. Experience in the financial services sector is considered an asset, and fluency in French will be viewed as an advantage. Comfort working in a hybrid model is also required.
