• Experience: 5+ years in Product UX/UI Design, including at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Domain Knowledge: Background in operations-heavy environments (e.g., supply chain, inventory, food tech, logistics).
• Skills: Strong product thinking and systems design approach.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with emerging Generative AI tools (Cursor, V0, Loveable, ai.studio).
• Ability to lead user research, usability testing, and facilitate workshops.
• Mindset: Human-centered, collaborative, and adaptable—able to create clarity out of complexity.
• Bonus: Experience designing ERP or SaaS tools with complex workflows.
