We are seeking a seasoned UAT Lead with over a decade of experience in the
Banking and Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), particularly across banking products
such as cards and regulatory initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality assurance.

Your new role

• Lead and manage UAT efforts across multiple banking projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define UAT scope, strategy, and test plans.
• Ensure thorough testing of banking products, including cards and regulatory compliance solutions.
• Coordinate defect triage and resolution with development and QA teams.
• Provide clear and concise reporting on UAT progress and outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• 12+ years of experience in Testing within the Financial Services industry.
• Proven track record in leading UAT for complex banking products.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and card-based systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with test automation is highly desirable.
