Our Tech client is seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Training Lead to spearhead the training strategy for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation within the Canadian public sector. This leadership role requires a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of SAP training methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a diverse training team and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored training programs across the organization.

Your new role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for the SAP S/4HANA rollout.
• Lead and manage the training team to ensure effective delivery of training materials and sessions.
• Conduct training needs assessments and customize content for various user groups.
• Collaborate with end-users, business leaders, and technical teams to align training with organizational goals.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

1. SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP systems, modules, and functionalities relevant to modernization projects, including configuration and customization.
2. Training Design: Ability to create comprehensive training programs, course outlines, lesson plans, and materials tailored to different user groups (end-users, administrators, power users).
3. Delivery Skills: Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions using diverse techniques (lectures, demos, hands-on exercises, workshops).
4. Learning Technologies: Familiarity with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and virtual training environments (e.g., SAP Enable Now, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoom).
5. Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience managing training teams in large-scale projects.
6. Public Sector Experience: Understanding of Canadian public sector practices and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP training, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable.
• Ability to work remotely within Canadian time zones (CT and ET).
