They have a job open for a 2nd yr / 3rd yr apprentice working towards their Trailer Mechanic 310J red seal license. All candidates MUST have completed a minimum of 1-year apprenticeship at a recognized organization; preference will be given to 3rd years and above.
The job is based in Edmonton, AB. All candidates must be working towards their Red Seal license — 310J, MUST be a 2nd yr apprentice or 3rd year apprentice. A clear criminal record and a clean driver's abstract is required. No exceptions. This is a full-time long-term afternoon shift role 2.30pm – 11pm (Monday – Friday). Shift premium will be paid for the afternoon shift

2nd yr / 3rd yr Apprentice Trailer mechanic 310J will be working on troubleshooting and repairing a fleet of trailers. Diagnostic, repair and perform preventive maintenance. You will service and maintain equipment, order parts, maintain records and attend to emergency road service issues.

2nd yr / 3rd yr Apprentice Trailer mechanic 310J and ideally 2 years’ experience on trailers. Good communication skills in English is a MUST. Good computer skills (basis), ability to work in a team environment and independently is a MUST. A clear criminal check is required. This is a fast-paced environment. Ability to work long-term afternoon shifts is a MUST-have.
