University Degree or Equivalent Experience. 15+ years experience. Leads the development of program, process and procedure documents and formal reports with a department. Can be tasked with redesigning the technical documentation standards for TransCanada. Provide expert technical advice and consultation regarding the development of all formal program and process documents within the department; provide support for the review of existing procedure documents and the development of new documents within the TransCanada Operating Procedures (TOP) Management System; provides effective facilitation and coordination of input from subject-matter experts within the TOPs development process; assists in partnering with key stakeholders within the department to develop effective reports, summaries and proposals; facilitate the development of information and marketing materials for the department; ensures effective management of documents within the TransCanada electronic document management system. Can be tasked with managing junior technical writers
