Our client, a national logistics company delivering exceptional customer experiences in the mobile communications industry, is looking to hire a Team Manager & Sales Support professional to join their team at the Brampton office.

Your new role

• Motivate, coach, and grow a tele‑sales team focused on superior customer experience.
• Oversee daily operations, KPIs, account assignments, and sales performance.
• Ensure accurate order entry, policy adherence, and efficient processes.
• Support customer outreach, conflict resolution, client retention, and account maintenance.
• Deliver bilingual support as required and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing product knowledge development.
• Support new tools, promotions, and process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Post-secondary education
• At least 5 years in telecom or similar industries
• At least 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong customer focus and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in training or coaching teams is an asset
