We are working with a leading real estate developer with over 70 years of experience. They deliver high-quality industrial, commercial, and residential projects through a fully integrated model—covering design, construction, and property management. They are looking for a strong Tax Analyst to work with multiple business units to support compliance, audit and other functions.

Your new role

• Collaborate with the corporate accounting team and business units to gather information for tax compliance and reporting.
• Support the preparation and review process for various tax filings.
• Contribute to the preparation of consolidated tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures when required.
• Assist with the review and submission of GST/HST returns.
• Prepare and review responses for GST/HST audits to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a point of contact with CRA and external auditors to address inquiries and support audit processes.
• Help calculate and coordinate monthly tax instalment payments.
• Maintain accurate records of tax attributes across operating entities.

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA designation or working towards
• 1+ years’ professional experience in taxation
• Possesses strong judgment, analytical thinking, and clear communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Organized self-starter who is attentive to detail and able to work independently
• Ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team environment
