Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join their Human Resources team. Your new role
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, ensuring recruitment processes align with organizational goals and employer branding.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster engagement and inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment metrics and ATS data to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
- Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking to support competitive and equitable offers.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Contribute to the development of talent acquisition frameworks, competency-based hiring guides, and structured interview templates.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving talent strategies and organizational culture.
What you'll need to succeed
- College diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with direct responsibility for full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies and social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn.
