• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and candidate engagement
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles
• Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events while promoting its employer brand

• 1–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing skills, with experience attracting talent in competitive markets
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience partnering with and influencing hiring management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on candidate experience
