Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a technology company located in Ottawa, ON. We are looking to hire a Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis of 4 months, which has the possibility of extension/ permanent. This candidate will be working from their Ottawa Office on a full time basis.

Your new role

  • Confirming and communicating on material orders
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Administrative tasks like reviewing reports and actioning items as needed
  • Support on data entry tasks for an upcoming erp transition
  • Answering the phones and creating purchase orders as needed
  • Supporting the Supply Chain Manager and Supervisor with any administrative tasks needed

  • Ability to handle pressure and stress
  • Ability to switch between tasks and handle heavy workloads
