Superintendent - Multifamily - Edmonton

I am working with an established company with 50 years in the industry and a 13-year track record specializing in 4–6 storey wood frame multifamily projects across Alberta.


We’re looking for a Site Superintendent who’s hands-on, organized, and ready to take ownership of site operations. You’ll be leading builds that include concrete parkades (1–2 storey) and overseeing full-cycle construction from excavation to occupancy.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Running the day-to-day site operations on multifamily wood frame projects
  • Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site staff to keep things moving smoothly
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are always on point
  • Working closely with a collaborative team


What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a Superintendent on wood-frame multifamily builds (4–6 storeys)
  • Familiarity with wood frame construction
  • Someone who’s organized, proactive, and communicates well
  • Open to occasional travel
