  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
  • Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress tracking.
  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes.
  • Manage site logistics, inspections, and quality control.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or mixed-use construction.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Alberta Building Code and construction safety standards.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Calgary and Edmonton as needed.

What We Offer:

  • Supportive team culture with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Exposure to high-profile projects across Alberta.
