Hays has partnered with a well-known residential builder that are currently looking for a strong
Superintendent
to join their team in Calgary. This role would be working responsible for various apartment, condo style builds - project values are $50M and up.

Your new role

As the Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing various multi family builds across the city of Calgary, all being apartment/condo style. You will also be responsible for ensuring optimal quality on each job site. The Superintendent manages schedules, works with sub trades and coordinates with project management.

What you'll need to succeed

Prior experience in wood frame buildings (multi-family)
3+ years in similar role
Journeyman carpenter ticket is an asset
Proficient in scheduling systems and other computer programs
