Your new role

Develop structural design solutions and detailed models for building projects using Revit and BIM tools. Perform structural analysis, calculations, and material/system selection to support design development. Coordinate closely with architects and other disciplines to ensure integrated, constructible designs. Produce and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for construction. Support construction administration activities, including site visits and shop drawing reviews. Contribute to problem-solving and design discussions across all project phases


What you'll need to succeed

4+ years of experience in structural engineering focused on building projects
Strong proficiency in Revit, with the ability to model and produce your own design work
Experience with structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or similar)
Solid understanding of building codes, materials, and structural systems
A hands-on, technical mindset with a genuine interest in engineering and problem-solving
Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment and support CA activities
