The Senior Enterprise Risk Specialist is responsible for leading the execution and management of the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Performance Management (PM) programs. This role drives key risk and performance transformation initiatives, serving as a subject matter expert on risk management while supporting enterprise-wide projects. The Senior specialist oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the PM program to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate strategy and business plan execution. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing enterprise risks, ensuring robust mitigation strategies, and providing insights that enhance organizational resilience and performance. The position requires strong analytical and leadership skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a strategic mindset to align risk and performance management practices with organizational objectives.

The Enterprise Risk Specialist must bring 8–10 years of experience in risk and performance management. You must focus on enhancing the ERM program by developing annual plans, improving materials for education and tools, partnering with business leaders to strengthen risk management capabilities, supporting the Risk Champions Committee, and designing training initiatives for executives, boards, and project teams. You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and regulatory environments. Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with analytical tools are essential, combined with the ability to provide strategic advice on complex, cross-functional issues and drive operational efficiency.
