Your new role
We are currently seeking a Sr. Specialist, Business Process Management to join our Operating Model team in Sudbury or Toronto.
As a Sr. Specialist, Business Process Management, you will design, pilot, and implement a sustainable process for the VBM Operating Model, ensuring seamless integration across company routines and enabling strategic alignment. Your expertise will help embed the Operating Model into Vale’s governance structure, fostering efficiency and cultural transformation.
What you'll need to succeed

Undergraduate degree is required.

Minimum of 11–15 years of relevant experience.

Proven experience in management model implementation and continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean).

Expertise in strategy deployment or Balanced Scorecard.

Advanced collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to navigate between detailed and systemic views.

Change management and negotiation skills.
