Hiring a Supply Chain Analyst in Ontario for a 1-year contract

Your new role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare organization as a Supply Chain Analyst. While the title suggests a traditional analyst role, the core responsibilities centre around intercompany purchasing and order management. You’ll play a key role in supporting supply chain operations across multiple entities, ensuring seamless transactions and proactive issue resolution.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain intercompany purchasing master data
  • Execute intercompany transactions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor and manage intercompany orders proactively
  • Resolve order errors and discrepancies efficiently
  • Respond to inquiries related to intercompany orders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain procurement
  • Financial acumen and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Order management experience,
  • Supply chain knowledge
  • Availability for full-time standard business hours (8 hours per day)
