We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational procurement experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in managing purchase orders, collaborating with compliance, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.

Your new role

• Purchase Order Management: Create, process, and monitor POs to ensure timely and accurate procurement activities
• Compliance Coordination: Work closely with the compliance team to ensure supplier certificates and documentation are up to date
• System Updates: Maintain and update procurement-related data such as carrier rates across internal systems
• Invoice Reconciliation: Perform invoice matching and resolution tasks within Ariba (SAP)
• Ad Hoc Procurement Support: Assist with general procurement tasks and special projects as needed
• Excel Reporting: Use VLOOKUPs and pivot tables to manage and analyze procurement data (no formula writing required)

What you'll need to succeed

• Basic procurement experience, ideally with exposure to PO processing
• Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement tools (experience is a plus, not a must)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (comfortable working within existing spreadsheets)
• Strong interpersonal skills; thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team environment
• Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Agile mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
