Our client is searching for an experienced high-rise site superintendent for an upcoming project.

High-Rise Site Superintendent – Residential Construction
Location: Southwestern Ontario
Type: Full-time, Permanent


A well-established and forward-thinking real estate development and construction firm is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee residential construction projects in Southwestern Ontario. With a strong pipeline of high-rise, mid-rise, and mixed-use developments, this company is committed to building vibrant communities—not just structures.


About the Role
Reporting to the General Superintendent, the Site Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site construction activities. This includes coordinating trades, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The role is based on-site in Southwestern Ontario.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of construction from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and trades to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of safety by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations and internal safety protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to align on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update the master construction schedule in coordination with project stakeholders.


Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Building Services, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, having led at least two full project cycles in high-rise residential construction.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.
