Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations on a contract basis for an upcoming commercial/industrial construction project in Calgary.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills
• Experience managing multiple trades in fast-paced environments
• Must be flexible to support night and weekend work as required
• Valid safety certifications and driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage off shift construction activities and site coordination
• Supervise sub trades and maintain the project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Alberta OH&S and site safety requirements
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate deficiencies
• Work closely with the Project Management team and consultants
• Maintain daily reports and site documentation
• Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts as required by the project schedule
