Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Production Support, or Systems Engineering
• Hands‑on experience supporting business‑critical platforms, ideally in financial services, investment, trading, or market data environments
• Strong experience creating and maintaining
  technical and operational documentation

• Incident management and production support processes
• Monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness concepts
• Windows environments and application dependencies
• Understanding of Tier 1 / Tier 2 / SRE support models
