PROJECT: SF Recruiting Tester

Required skills (maximum of 6):
• We are supporting the City of Ottawa by augmenting their internal implementation team during the testing phase of their SAP SuccessFactors deployment.
• The implementation is being led by another systems integrator our role is focused exclusively on testing support
• .We are seeking a certified SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Module consultant with hands-on experience as a lead implementation consultant.
• Although this role is limited to testing, prior experience implementing the Recruiting module is essential.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for testing the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, including its integration with Employee Central and Onboarding.
• Responsibilities include executing test scripts, logging defects, and re-testing after fixes are applied.
• The consultant will also support City Staff during test execution by guiding them through system navigation and resolving any issues encountered.
• SF Recruiting module certification is MANDATORY (proof of certification is needed in submission)
• NO Security Clearance Required
