Service Proposal Administrator - Edmonton, AB

We’re looking for a Service Proposal Administrator to join their Canadian team! If you're passionate about customer success, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love turning business needs into actionable solutions — this could be the perfect fit.

Your new role
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to understand customer goals and build tailored service proposals
  • Manage service proposal pipelines across all account types
  • Coordinate proposal development and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Communicate with customers to define scope and ensure expectations are met
  • Support order processing and hand-off to Service Execution teams
  • Work cross-functionally with Application Support, Projects, Logistics, and Marketing

What you'll need to succeed
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Technical fields (instrumentation, automation, engineering)
  • 5+ years of B2B experience in Sales or Customer Service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office & SharePoint
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for sales
