Your new role
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be a pillar of our hybrid infrastructure operations, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments. You will manage critical systems, drive automation initiatives, and lead incident responses. This role also includes mentoring junior members and collaborating across teams to maintain high availability and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 10 years of experience in systems administration with a strong operational focus on hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, M365 administration, as well as a solid Linux background.
- Mastery of virtualization technologies, storage solutions, backup platforms, and monitoring/observability tools.
- Excellent PowerShell (and/or Bash) skills for automation; experience in IaC (Terraform/Ansible) appreciated.
- Proven experience in large-scale patching, backup/recovery, DRP testing, and incident/problem management according to ITIL practices.
- Ability to write and execute operational playbooks and lead during critical incidents.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior profiles.
- Strong inter-team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
