Your new role

As an FX Senior Sales Executive, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team focused on delivering international payment and FX solutions to corporate clients. You’ll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing your team while driving individual and collective performance.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in FX or fintech sales, a proven network in the Vancouver region, and experience managing people. You’ll set the tone for a positive, inclusive, and results-driven culture, using your expertise to guide strategy and inspire your team to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Pitch and close deals with prospective clients via phone and in-person meetings.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to trading and account management.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on team performance and sales volume.
  • Collaborate with other Heads of Desk to implement regional sales programs and training plans.
  • Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and administrative processes.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture focused on growth and development.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in FX, fintech, or lending sales within a B2B environment.
  • A strong network in the Vancouver region and familiarity with local market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to coach and develop others.
  • Background in financial services, with knowledge of cross-border products such as international payments, collections, and cash management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt sales techniques based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and passionate about leading teams and driving results.
