- Drive new business by targeting client prospects with £50M+ turnover.
- Sell a suite of solutions: cash management, FX hedging, and payment products.
- Understand client strategies and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing engagement, Salesforce reporting, and superior product knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated success in sales management, ideally within FX or cross-border financial services (e.g., import/export lending, international payments, cash management).
- Financial Services experience and a strong network—huge advantage!
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop talent.
- Fluent in English and comfortable engaging senior-level SME decision-makers.
