Your new role
- Identify, prioritize, and recruit new partners to support business growth.
- Onboard partners across sectors including financial institutions, law firms, accounting firms, and associations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner integration and client onboarding.
- Report on progress against targets and contribute to strategic planning.
- Expand existing partnerships and provide feedback to product and technology teams.
- Maintain a strong client servicing culture through ongoing communication and product expertise.
- Originate new business through partner referrals and networking.
- Stay informed of our competitor’s offerings to better position our solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven network in and around the Vancouver region.
- Experience in indirect or partnership sales, with a proactive and consultative approach.
- Background in financial services or payments; FX experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong B2B communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies based on partner and market feedback.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Academic background in Business or finance is preferred
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and in-person networking.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong understanding of the sales process.
