A leading property management firm with deep roots in British Columbia is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial office buildings. Known for operational excellence and tenant-first service, the organization manages a diverse mix of assets across the Lower Mainland and beyond.


Your new role

The Senior Property Manager will lead the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives across a portfolio of office properties. This includes managing building operations teams, coordinating capital projects, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role also involves lease administration, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The successful candidate will be on-call for emergencies and expected to uphold high standards of care across all sites.


What you'll need to succeed

Candidates must bring at least 7+ years of experience managing commercial properties, with a strong track record in office asset operations. A valid BCFSA rental management licence is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Yardi. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential. The ability to interpret complex lease agreements, manage vendor relationships, and lead teams with clarity and confidence will be key to success.
