Senior Property Manager - Residential - License Required - OTE $120,000

Your new company

Join a dynamic third-party residential property management firm known for its high-touch service and deep expertise in individually owned units across Vancouver. With a portfolio spanning condos, townhouses, and penthouses, this company offers a dynamic environment where professionalism and proactive care are the standard. You’ll report directly to the Vice President and be part of a team that values integrity, responsiveness, and operational excellence.

Your new role

As the Senior Property Manager, you’ll oversee approximately 100 individually owned units, ensuring seamless leasing, property operations, and owner/resident relations. You’ll manage the full leasing cycle, from handling perspective tenant inquiries and showings to processing applications, collecting deposits, and executing leases. On the property management side, you’ll coordinate service requests, manage rent collection and accounts receivable, oversee move-ins/move-outs, and respond to resident and owner inquiries. You’ll also conduct unit inspections and handle lease amendments. Administrative responsibilities include pricing units, generating weekly/monthly reports, and maintaining clear communication with ownership and leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

You bring at least 5 years of experience in third-party residential property management, specifically with individually owned units. You’re a licensed Property Manager in BC and fluent in English. You’re known for being professional, friendly, proactive, and hardworking plus able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service. Your ability to communicate effectively with both residents and owners sets you apart, and you’re comfortable working independently while reporting to senior leadership.

What you'll get in return

The Senior Property Manager role offers a competitive base salary of $80,000–$90,000 depending on experience, plus $225 commission per unit leased and an annual bonus of up to 15% (OTE $120,000). Additional benefits include extended health benefits, three weeks of vacation, and the opportunity to work with a supportive leadership team in a role that provides autonomy and oversight of a premium residential portfolio in one of Canada’s most desirable markets.
