Senior Project Manager
to join their dynamic team and lead exciting new builds across the region.

Your New Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to close-out. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage commercial construction projects valued between $5M–$50M+
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Mentor and support junior project staff and site teams

What You’ll Need to Succeed

8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a Senior Project Manager role
Proven track record delivering projects in sectors such as institutional, retail, or multi-family
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
PMP designation or relevant construction management education is an asset
