Your new role

As a Senior Project Accountant, you’ll play a key role in managing the financial health of real estate development projects. • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce (required)
  • CPA designation (completed or near completion) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of ASPE
  • A self-directed, proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to interpret financial data, assess project performance, and identify risks
  • A genuine passion for the real estate development industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A good sense of humour!

What you'll get in return

  • $90,000 - $105,000 annual salary depending on experience
  • 3 weeks paid vacation + 2 company-wide vacations
  • Volunteer time off and professional development days
  • Company-matched pension plan
  • Transit pass and extended health care
  • Office perks (including Starbucks in the kitchen!)
  • A culture that celebrates diversity and supports your growth
